At Indic Essence, we aim to deliver our freshly packed masalas to your doorstep quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy to understand our process, timelines, and charges.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship orders through trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery.
Local Delivery (Within Pune): 1–3 business days.
Within Maharashtra: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be applied at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking ID and courier details so you can track your shipment online.
5.Delays in Delivery
We make every effort to deliver on time. However, delivery delays can occur due to:
Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns.
Inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses.
Courier company delays.
6. Incorrect Address
If the address provided is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
