At Indic Essence, we take great care to ensure that our masalas reach you in perfect condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and has the original invoice.

Note: We cannot accept returns for opened or partially used products due to food safety and hygiene concerns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

  • Sale or promotional items.

3. Return Process

  • Our team will verify your request and arrange for pickup if eligible.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is approved.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (customer must provide account details).

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can send a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
